Bubbles (Burbujas)

Bubbles

The Bubbles section is where you create and manage the comic speech bubbles in a panel: balloon shape, tail (rabillo), text content, typography, colors, and styling.

Important: Bubbles are a list-based system. You can add as many as you need, but each bubble has many controls, so a very large number of bubbles can affect editor performance (slower opening / slower updates).

Null trail

Display: responsive visibility controls (Elementor). Use the device icons to show/hide bubbles on Desktop / Tablet / Mobile.
Null trail: when Trail Mode is enabled for sequential reading, this option prevents the "trail behavior" from affecting bubbles. In practice, it helps you keep bubbles visible instead of being cleared/altered by the trail step logic.

Story bubbles list

Each row in Story bubbles represents one bubble. When you expand a row, you edit that bubble individually.

Row title: shows the bubble ID for quick identification.
Duplicate icon: copies the bubble (useful to keep a consistent style across dialogue lines).
Delete icon: removes the bubble from the panel.

Per-bubble core fields

Bubble ID: unique identifier for the bubble (example: sp_txt1). Keep IDs stable because they can be referenced by other elements (for example, sequential timing via Parent ID in overlaps).
Internal layer order: controls stacking priority inside the panel when elements overlap.
Overflow: decides if parts outside the panel bounds are clipped or allowed to extend.
Render in editor: if enabled, the bubble is shown while editing in Elementor (recommended while positioning; you can disable to reduce visual noise).
Work area: shows helper boundaries/handles while editing (useful for precise alignment).

Tabs inside each bubble

Each bubble has four tabs. They control different aspects of the bubble:

1) Shape (Forma)

This tab defines the balloon shape (the main bubble body) and its basic geometry.

3) Text (Texto)

This tab controls the dialogue content and how the text sits inside the bubble.

Content: the text displayed inside the bubble.
Alignment: left/center/right text alignment.
Envelope width: controls line wrapping width.
Padding: inner spacing (top/right/bottom/left). Use the link icon to keep padding uniform or unlock it for custom values.

4) Styles (Estilos)

This tab controls the look of the bubble: stroke, fill, and typography.

Performance tips

Keep the number of bubbles reasonable: large lists take longer to expand and update.
Duplicate instead of redesigning: create one "master" bubble style, then duplicate and edit text/position.
Disable Render in editor for bubbles you are not currently adjusting.
Prefer consistency: using a small set of styles (1–3) across a chapter looks better and is easier to maintain.
